Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Queens & Royals of the Ice

Refunds will only be given if the tournament is cancelled or the skill/age level registered for is no longer offered.

Tryouts

No refunds.

Massena Jr. Raiders

Registration fees (MMHA Regular Season Registration, Preseason Hockey School Registration, Tryout Registration, Spring House League Registration, etc.) and ice fees are non-refundable fees.

8U Mite Shootout

Refunds will only be given if the tournament is cancelled or the skill/age level registered for is no longer offered.

Massena River Queens

Registration fees (MMHA Regular Season Registration, Preseason Hockey School Registration, Tryout Registration, Spring House League Registration, etc.) and ice fees are non-refundable fees.

Battle at the Border

Refunds will only be given if the tournament is cancelled or the skill/age level registered for is no longer offered.

Battle at the Border Apparel

All sales are final.

Queens of the Ice Apparel

All sales are final. **If you require personalization on any apparel items, please remember to email us at massenaminorhockey@gmail.com. Reference the apparel item number, personalization choice and personalization information. (ex - apparel item #2, name and number, Smith #1)**
